Turning a studio website into a clearer growth and inquiry system
This is a transparent implementation case study about TAYF’s own website system. It documents what was changed in the theme and why. It intentionally does not present invented client names, revenue figures, conversion rates or other unsupported performance claims.
The challenge
The previous inquiry model grouped prospects around five production disciplines. That made the first decision about TAYF’s capabilities instead of the business stage the visitor actually needed. The site also needed a stronger explanation of AI Revenue Operations, a lower-commitment way to start a conversation, clearer domain consistency, and a measurable path from CTA click to qualified inquiry.
The strategic decision
TAYF’s offer was reorganized into four connected growth stages: Brand Foundation, Digital Launch System, Demand & Growth, and AI Revenue Operations. The stages now appear consistently in the hero, services matrix and inquiry form, so the visitor can recognize the same commercial model throughout the journey.
What was implemented
- Four-stage inquiry architecture: the form replaces discipline-based choices with the four growth stages.
- Concrete AI Revenue Operations deliverables: CRM pipeline design, qualification rules, AI-assisted follow-up, routing and handoff workflows, monitoring dashboards, and operating documentation.
- Lower-commitment discovery CTA: visitors can start with a discovery conversation rather than committing immediately to a full project brief.
- Private inquiry storage: submissions remain in the WordPress Project Inquiries area with nonce protection, a honeypot and server-side validation.
- Qualified-inquiry flag: the system uses a transparent implementation heuristic—at least one stage selected, a 120-character meaningful brief, and a company or website—to flag stronger submissions for follow-up.
- CTA and lead event tracking: CTA clicks and successful inquiry/qualified-inquiry events are exposed through the browser data layer for analytics tools.
- Arabic RTL support: the same system preserves the existing bilingual language switch, RTL direction, Arabic type system and responsive layout.
- Domain consistency: public theme links and contact references are aligned to
tayf.xyzandhello@tayf.xyz.
What can be verified from the implementation
| Area | Implementation evidence |
|---|---|
| Offer architecture | Four named stages are reused across the homepage, services and inquiry flow. |
| AI Revenue Operations | Deliverables are stated explicitly rather than described only as a capability. |
| Inquiry handling | Submissions are stored privately and can notify the WordPress administrator. |
| Qualification | Each inquiry receives a yes/no implementation flag based on the documented heuristic. |
| Measurement | CTA, inquiry and qualified-inquiry events are available to analytics integrations. |
| Accessibility and RTL | Existing keyboard focus, bilingual markup and RTL behavior are preserved. |
The next measurable step
Business performance should be measured after the updated system is live: CTA click-through rate, inquiry completion rate, qualified-inquiry rate, response time, proposal rate and eventually opportunity/revenue outcomes. Those numbers should be added only from the site’s analytics and CRM data—not estimated in the case study.
